You may be aware that a leak in a pipe above the home changing room damaged the ceiling in both changing rooms and wet quite a lot of kit in the lockers. Thanks to a lot of hard work by the cleaner, John Charles and Jeremy Lowe the floor has dried out and today John, Chris and Lorraine Frost, Richard Verrinder and I have sorted all the equipment out, got rid of a lot of unwanted and soiled articles and packed all the remaining equipment away tidily. Fortunately no club coaching equipment was damaged.
Sadly though I have to report that just after Christmas, some thieves broke through the fence on the old ground, broke into the container and stole the sit on mower and the tractor. Not a great start to our new season.
