All Club members are encouraged to attend. The business conducted at this meeting will affect the running of the Club for the whole of next year and if you want to influence the way the Club is run – this is your chance.
Proposals for amendment to the resolutions (but not new resolutions) can be accepted at any time prior to voting on the matter provided the amendment is seconded.
Please note that under Section 4.2 of the Club Constitution Colt playing members and Clubhouse members will not be entitled to vote at any General Meeting.
Please note that any questions or comments about the way the Club is run should be made following item 3 or if about finances after item 4.
The bar will be open from 7.30 p.m. but will close during the meeting and reopen at the end of the meeting.
Resolutions:
1. Add ‘club welfare officer’ to para 8.3.1. Note : It is a requirement that as a Clubmark club that the Club Welfare Officer is a member of the management committee.
2. To note that the Club has a Missing Child Policy. Note : It is a requirement that as a Clubmark club that the Club has a Missing Child Policy.
